This is a one day non-examination course giving an introduction to wine, assessing character and description of the best known varietals i.e. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Malbec, Tempranillo, along with wine tasting technique tips.
The price €85 pp includes lecture, tasting wines and a light lunch.

You will learn in a comfortable, convivial and structured manner about the basics of wine i.e. The grape varieties, the art of wine tasting, how wine is made and the countries that grow them. This is a non-examination course.
Course cost €145.00 pp includes materials, lecture, tasting wines, final night cheese and canapés.
